Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate, Walnut Creek

Leading regional law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office to help grow litigation, IP litigation and corporate practices. The role is focused on partners with a portable practice who can originate and collaborate across product-liability/mass-torts, IP and corporate matters.

This is a senior hiring for a partner who will work with established teams across multiple offices; the firm is open to flexible arrangements and considers equity on a case-by-case basis. Candidates should expect an active role in business development, cross-office collaboration and practice growth.

• Established partner with a portable book of business and track record of originating work
• Substantial experience in one or more of: IP litigation, product-liability/mass-tort litigation or corporate transactional work
• Proven trial or litigation management experience for litigation candidates; transactional leadership for corporate candidates
• Strong business development and cross-office collaboration skills
