Partner, Litigation & Intellectual Property — Washington, D.C.

Senior litigation partner role in a national law firm’s Washington, D.C. office, focused on high‑stakes patent and antitrust litigation matters. The team handles technology and life‑sciences disputes and works with private‑equity and other corporate clients on complex commercial and competition issues.

We are seeking a trial‑ready partner to lead and grow a portable litigation practice, supervise associate teams, and partner with practice leaders across IP, antitrust and technology groups. The role offers broad cross‑practice collaboration and exposure to significant, bet‑the‑company matters.

• Proven partner‑level experience in patent litigation, with demonstrable technology or life‑sciences matters.
• Substantial antitrust/competition litigation experience, preferably including cases involving private equity or commercial disputes.
• Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
• Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience managing and mentoring teams of associates.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in D.C.
