Senior litigation partner role in Muscat for an established regional practice. The position will lead complex disputes across the region, managing matters from strategy through trial and enforcement, and supervising more junior lawyers.

The firm is seeking a partner with a demonstrable, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing fee-earning work. This is a client-facing role with significant business development responsibility and leadership of the local litigation team.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in the region with a portable book of business or demonstrable origination capability.
Strong advocacy and case-management skills, including supervising associates and liaising with clients.
Ability to develop and execute business development strategies and to command market fee rates.
Eligible or able to obtain the necessary local practising permissions in Oman.
