Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto litigation team. The role focuses on leading and growing a commercial litigation practice, handling complex disputes across technology and commercial sectors.

The position is client-facing and leadership-oriented: you will manage significant matters, mentor associates, and work with cross-office teams on high‑value litigation. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including managing trials or major hearings.
Demonstrable client origination / portable practice and ability to bring or grow business.
Strong leadership and team-management skills with experience mentoring associates.
Admission to the California bar (or eligible) and experience practicing in California federal and state courts.
