A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Paris litigation practice. The role focuses on leading complex, cross-border commercial disputes and managing high-stakes matters for international and domestic clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for growing a portable practice in France, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to business development initiatives across the region.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in France and on cross-border disputes.
Admitted to practise in France or another relevant jurisdiction.
Established, portable client base and demonstrable business development capability.
Track record of leading teams on complex matters; strong client relationship skills.
Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
