The role will handle complex commercial and securities litigation, including enforcement and white-collar related work, and will work with a mix of institutional and private clients.

The partner will lead case strategy, supervise associates, and collaborate with other offices on cross-jurisdictional matters. The team values practical advocacy, trial-readiness, and a willingness to handle a range of matters and billing profiles.

Established track record in commercial and securities litigation; white-collar experience preferred.
Proven leadership in supervising teams and managing complex matters from investigation through trial.
Business development capability; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships is desirable.
Comfort working with a diverse client base, including private clients and matters with varied billing rates.
