Established partner-level litigation experience with a strong track record in complex commercial and securities matters
Proven trial and motion practice; experience with white-collar or regulatory investigations preferred
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Active bar admission and strong leadership/mentoring skills for junior team members
