Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established litigation team in the Westchester office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a significant securities and white‑collar component, advising and defending private‑sector clients across complex disputes.

The firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can handle high‑stakes matters, manage a team of associates, and participate in client development. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business will be valued.

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
Extensive litigation experience, including securities and white‑collar matters.
Proven trial and courtroom experience preferred.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business welcome.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and manage client relationships.
