Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead an Employment & Labor and Litigation practice from its Westchester office. The role will blend hands-on litigation work with client relationship management and growth responsibility across employment-related disputes and counseling matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex employment litigation (including trial and appellate matters), manage a team of associates, and work closely with firm leadership to develop business. Portable client relationships are welcome and candidates should demonstrate a track record of originating and growing client work.

Proven partner-level experience in employment & labor litigation; substantial courtroom and trial exposure preferred.
Demonstrable client-development skills and a portable practice or ability to originate matters.
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
