Opportunity for an experienced litigation partner to join a national law firm’s Atlanta office, focusing on technology-related disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters. The role combines client-facing litigation work with strategic case management across complex regulatory and commercial issues.

The team handles high-stakes, technology-driven litigation for corporate clients and seeks a partner who can lead major matters, mentor associates, and collaborate with cross-practice groups. There is scope to build and expand a portable practice and contribute to business-development initiatives.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, ideally including technology-related disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and comfort managing large, complex cases
Demonstrated client development skills; a portable book of business is advantageous
Strong leadership, team management and mentoring experience; active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s)
