Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation and technology practice. The role will focus on defending and prosecuting complex commercial disputes with an emphasis on technology-related matters, class actions, and privacy/data-protection issues.

The successful candidate will have an established litigation practice, proven client-development capabilities, and the ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team and grow a significant practice in the Texas market; a portable book of business is welcome.

Admission to practice in Texas (or eligible for reciprocity)
Established partner-level litigation experience, including handling complex commercial and technology-related disputes
Track record in class actions and privacy/data-protection matters preferred
Business development skills and experience leading client relationships and supervising teams
