Leading national firm is seeking a partner to join its Dallas litigation and technology practice. The role focuses on matters at the intersection of fintech, cyber security and corporate M&A, advising sophisticated corporate clients on high‑value disputes and transactional risk.

The successful candidate will have an established, portable practice and will help grow client relationships in the region while collaborating with cross‑office teams. This is a leadership role with opportunities to shape strategy, lead teams and originate new work.

J.D. and active admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility to obtain).
Partner‑level litigation experience with significant work in fintech, cyber security, or technology‑related matters.
Proven ability to bring or build client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading teams on complex litigation and corporate M&A‑adjacent matters and strong business development skills.
