Partner, Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Leading international litigation team seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role is focused on courtroom-first litigation across complex civil and regulatory matters, handling high-stakes disputes for corporate and institutional clients.

Ideal candidates will take a first-chair role in trials and significant hearings, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practices and geographies. The group values courtroom experience, strategic case management, and an ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

• Established trial lawyer with significant first-chair courtroom experience in complex civil or regulatory litigation
• Proven ability to manage matters from intake through trial, including depositions, motion practice, and hearings
• Track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business development; portable practice welcomed
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising associates and collaborating with cross-office teams
