Seeking a litigation partner to join a well-established office in Wilmington. The role will lead significant litigation matters, supervise associates, and contribute to firmwide strategy in the disputes practice.

The hire will be expected to manage case work across complex commercial and civil litigation matters, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues across offices. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcomed.

Established track record of litigation experience at partner level
Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex matters from pleadings through trial or dispositive motion
Demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice welcomed
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and strong written and oral advocacy skills
