Leading Cincinnati office seeks an experienced Immigration attorney to join a busy business-immigration group as Partner or Of Counsel. The role focuses on employment- and corporate-side matters, supporting U.S. immigration strategy for employers and their global workforces.

Typical matters include counseling on nonimmigrant visas and employment-based immigrant petitions, managing USCIS/DOL/DOS processes, responding to RFEs and audits, and partnering with HR and global mobility teams. The firm offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

J.D. and admission to practice in the U.S.; active bar membership required.
Minimum 8 years' experience in business/employment-based immigration practice.
Proven experience with nonimmigrant visas (H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, E‑2) and employment-based immigrant petitions (EB‑1/EB‑2/EB‑3, PERM).
Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL and DOS processes; experience handling RFEs and audits.
Excellent legal research, writing, client communication, and case-management skills; experience working with corporate clients and HR/global mobility programs.
