Seeking a partner to join a US-focused finance practice with a primary lender-side private credit and leveraged finance remit. The role is a growth hire: you will originate, lead transactions and expand a lending-focused practice within an established, national firm.

Geographic priority is New York, Chicago, Dallas and Miami (with consideration for candidates based in Charlotte and select other US offices). The team works closely across offices and with complementary corporate and PE-focused practices.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track-record of originating and executing private credit and leveraged loan transactions will be important for immediate impact.

Established partner-level experience on the lender side in private credit, leveraged finance or syndicated lending.
Proven origination and client development abilities; portable relationships preferred.
Track record managing and closing complex loan and finance transactions, including documentation and negotiation.
Ability to collaborate across offices and mentor mid‑to‑junior team members; commercial and business‑development orientation.
