Senior partner opportunity in London for an established private equity and M&A practitioner. The role is focused on expanding an ambitious corporate team and deepening relationships with asset managers and private investors across the UK and continental Europe.

The team is growing and seeks a partner who will originate and lead significant buyout and investor-side mandates, work closely with cross-border teams, and contribute to firm strategy and client development.

• Established partner-level private equity / M&A practitioner.
• Proven portable client base (book of business) and a track record of originating high-value mandates.
• Strong relationships with asset managers, private investors and financial sponsors.
• Experience leading deal teams and working on cross-border European transactions.
