Senior hire to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary real estate and construction practice in the Charlotte office. The role will handle complex leasing and development work across industrial/logistics, resort development and healthcare-related real estate, and will have involvement in renewable energy and finance-related transactions.

The incoming partner will join an established team, take responsibility for originating and managing client matters, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on transactional and project-based matters. A portable practice is welcome; candidates without a sizable book of business but with demonstrable transaction experience will also be considered.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction transactions (leasing, development, project work)
Experience with healthcare real estate, industrial/logistics, renewable energy or finance-related real estate matters
Proven client-facing, origination and deal-management skills; ability to lead teams
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant state
