Senior real estate partner role at a national law firm seeking a leader to grow and lead the Charlotte real estate and construction practice. The role will combine client relationship management, originating new business and supervising complex transactional and development matters.

The team advises on a broad range of real estate and construction matters for institutional and corporate clients. The firm is looking for a partner able to provide hands-on matter leadership, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development locally and regionally.

Established partner with substantial experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, leasing, development, and/or construction agreements)
Proven track record of client origination and business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships is valued
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and leading deal teams
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; ability to be based in Charlotte
