Senior litigation partner opportunity to lead and grow a construction and real estate disputes practice in Portland. The role focuses on commercial construction claims, real estate litigation and related dispute resolution across multiple project types.

The successful hire will join a busy litigation team handling contested matters from initial pleading through trial and arbitration. This is a hands-on role combining case management, courtroom advocacy and client relationship development.

Portable business is welcome; the firm is seeking a partner who can contribute client relationships and help expand the practice locally.

Established track record in construction and real estate litigation (trial and/or arbitration experience preferred)
Strong commercial litigation skills: motion practice, discovery management, depositions and courtroom advocacy
Proven client development and relationship-management ability; willingness to build a portable book of business
Admitted to practice in Oregon (or eligible); JD from an accredited law school
