Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Riyadh. The role focuses on advising on large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects across the region, acting for institutional, developer and contractor clients.

The successful candidate will join a cross-border team and help grow the practice locally, working on transactional, project and construction advisory matters. The appointment is a front-office business-development role with partner responsibilities for client engagement and team leadership.

Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters, including infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to bring or build client relationships and originate work (portable practice desirable).
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex cross-border matters.
Eligible for practice in Saudi Arabia or able to work with local counsel and regulatory frameworks.
