Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established real estate and construction practice in Salt Lake City. The role will handle a mix of transactional real estate (development, acquisitions/dispositions) and construction matters, with some estate planning work tied to real estate and hospitality succession issues.

The team advises developers, owners and lenders on complex property and construction matters across the region. This role offers client-facing responsibility, deal leadership and the opportunity to grow a regional practice from a respected platform.

Open to candidates with a portable practice; demonstrable client relationships and a track record of originating or growing work are encouraged.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active good standing
Established real estate and/or construction practice with significant transactional and/or construction experience
Proven client origination and relationship management skills; ability to work with developers, owners and lenders
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities; experience with development agreements, purchase/sale, leasing and construction contracts
