Established national firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related risk-management matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will split time between courtroom and client-facing work, supervising associates, and developing new business. A portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be an important component of the role.

Admission to practice in Utah and active bar status
Proven experience leading construction and/or real estate litigation matters, including trial experience
Track record of client development and relationship management; portable business preferred
Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
