Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York real estate litigation team. The role focuses on complex real estate and construction disputes, including commercial landlord/tenant matters and high-stakes contract and defect claims.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work closely with cross-practice teams on litigation strategy and dispute resolution. This is a visible, partner-level role with opportunities to expand an existing practice in the New York market.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in real estate and construction disputes.
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and strong courtroom advocacy.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Ability to mentor associates and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
