Senior partner role to lead and grow a restructuring and insolvency practice in Muscat. The position will advise on domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, including Chapter 11, Chapter 7 and Chapter 15 matters, and will act as the senior deal/engagement lead on complex work.

The role combines technical casework with business development and team leadership: managing and mentoring junior lawyers, developing client relationships across the region, and coordinating with international teams on cross-border matters. Candidates with an established portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and cross-border bankruptcy matters.
Demonstrable track record leading complex Chapter 11/Chapter 7/Chapter 15 matters or equivalent cross-border restructurings.
Proven client development skills and experience managing and mentoring teams.
Ability to work in Muscat and liaise with international offices.
