Seeking a senior finance partner to lead and grow a Finance & Banking practice in Muscat. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will advise borrowers and lenders on complex finance matters, build a local team and act as the senior relationship partner for regional clients.

The role offers a clear succession and leadership opportunity in a well-established regional office and is suited to a partner with an existing network in Oman and the Gulf. A portable practice or demonstrable origination record is required to accelerate growth.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, project finance or similar).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice or substantial client contacts.
Experience leading and developing teams; comfort as the senior local finance lead.
Admissions or ability to practise in relevant Gulf jurisdictions preferred; regional market knowledge advantageous.
