Top-tier UK law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its restructuring and insolvency practice from the Leeds office. The role combines high-value advisory work across formal insolvency processes, workouts and creditor/debtor advisory with broader finance-related restructuring mandates.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role on matters, mentor and grow a team, and work closely with corporate and finance colleagues on cross-practice assignments. A portable client base or demonstrable origination record is desirable to accelerate growth in the region.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent in the UK with substantial experience in restructuring, insolvency and related finance work.
Proven partner-level track record handling complex formal insolvency and restructuring matters.
Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills; a portable practice is desirable.
Experience leading teams and developing junior lawyers; commercial approach to business development.
