This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for business development and team leadership. Candidates with an established, portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in the energy sector are encouraged to apply.

Qualified attorney with significant partner-level experience in tax law, ideally focused on energy or related industries.
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax issues affecting energy transactions and operations.
Track record of originating or maintaining client engagements and leading deal teams; portable practice preferred.
Excellent client-facing, written and oral communication skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
