Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Philadelphia office and lead a cross-practice tax and litigation offering. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on tax disputes, appeals and related controversy matters.

The position involves supervising case teams, driving client-facing work and developing new business. The team represents a mix of corporate and individual clients on federal and state tax issues.

Partner-level experience handling tax controversy and litigation.
Proven trial and appellate experience in federal and/or state tax matters.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice will be considered.
Experience supervising associates and working collaboratively with tax advisory teams.
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar (or ability to obtain admission).
