Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in Chicago. The role focuses on technology and media transactional work, including commercial agreements, licensing, and telecom-related matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

We are looking for an experienced partner who will lead matters, develop client relationships and grow a portable practice. The role can be considered on a location‑agnostic basis and senior hires will be evaluated on a sliding scale.

Established partner-level experience in technology and media transactions (licensing, commercial contracts, telecom-related matters)
Proven business development and client origination capabilities; portable book of business preferred
Strong matter leadership and team management skills
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; admissions/credentials appropriate for practice
