Equity partner opportunity to join a busy litigation and technology practice in Chicago. The role focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on class actions and privacy/data-protection matters, working across technology-related disputes and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters, supervise associates, and collaborate across practices to deliver practical client solutions. The team values courtroom experience, strategic case management, and a client-focused approach.

Established partner-level background in commercial litigation, including class actions and privacy/data-protection work.
Significant trial and/or dispositive motion experience and a track record of managing complex cases.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring associates and staff.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable book of business or clear origination potential preferred.
Bar admission in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice federal court matters.
