Well-established US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow practices serving technology, media & entertainment, and transportation clients from its Kansas City office.

The role combines client-facing work with practice development: you will advise corporate and commercial clients on sector-specific matters, mentor and build a team, and expand client relationships across relevant industries. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice.

Partner-level experience advising clients in technology, media & entertainment and/or transportation sectors
Proven business development track record and established client relationships or a portable book of business
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
