Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Kansas City)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established, full-service law practice in Kansas City. The role will focus on complex commercial litigation and corporate matters with a significant technology and fintech angle, including cyber-security and governance issues.

The partner will work across litigation and transactional teams, handling high-value M&A, corporate governance and technology-related disputes and regulatory matters. This is an opportunity to build and lead client relationships within a collaborative platform that serves regional and national clients.

• Seasoned partner-level lawyer with a demonstrable record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions, ideally with fintech or cyber-security experience.
• Strong transactional and courtroom capability — experience on M&A, corporate governance and technology-related disputes preferred.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client development success is preferred.
• Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) and the ability to work from the Kansas City office.
