National U.S. law firm seeking a seasoned lateral partner to join its Kansas City office to lead and grow the Employment & Labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in complex workplace disputes, including single-plaintiff, collective/class actions, and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation team, manage trial and appellate work, mentor associates, and develop client relationships. The firm values a partner who can bring a portable practice or contribute materially to business development in the region.

Experienced litigation partner with a strong employment & labor focus.
Proven trial and motion practice; appellate experience a plus.
Track record of client development and ability to manage a portable practice.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it; excellent leadership and team management skills.
