Small‑to‑mid senior attorney role in a public finance practice supporting municipal and private activity bond financings. The position is part‑time and will handle all phases and structures of public finance transactions, including bond counsel work on healthcare, exempt facility, special purpose and governmental financings.

The role advises on state and federal governmental and tax law issues and works closely with transaction teams to deliver legal and practical solutions. • J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Admission to the Montana bar or ability to obtain Montana admission
• At least 3 years of relevant public finance experience
