- 3–7 years relevant technical/industry experience in materials, chemical, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or closely related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD a plus)
- Registered U.S. patent agent or eligible to sit for the USPTO registration exam
- Experience drafting patent applications and office-action responses; conducting prior-art and FTO searches
- Strong technical analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
