Join a global IP team seeking a mid-to-senior associate with strong patent experience to be based in Dallas. The role focuses on patent disputes while also supporting patent prosecution and transactional work across a range of industries.

Work will involve supporting complex IP litigation and enforcement (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising/unfair competition), related licensing and commercial disputes, and drafting patent applications. The team collaborates across an international network to deliver cross‑border solutions.

Applicants must have an engineering background and be Texas Bar qualified or demonstrably eligible to waive into the Texas Bar. The role is bonus‑eligible and includes standard benefits.

Mid-to‑senior associate with meaningful patent experience, preferably focused on patent disputes
Experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution; familiarity with licensing/transactional patent matters
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
Admitted to the Texas Bar or able to waive into the Texas Bar
Team player with strong drafting, litigation and client communication skills
