Join a leading international firm’s patent litigation team in Munich to work on high‑profile German and cross‑border patent disputes. You will handle validity and infringement matters before national courts and patent offices, and support multi‑jurisdictional cases in close coordination with colleagues abroad.

Day‑to‑day duties include drafting pleadings, managing opposition and nullity proceedings at the EPO and DPMA, participating in hearings (including UPC matters), and advising innovative corporate clients on enforcement and defense strategies. Much of the procedural work and client communication is conducted in English.

The team offers structured technical and legal training, international collaboration, and a supportive culture with development programs and inclusion networks.

  • Qualified German or European patent attorney (Patentanwalt/Patentanwältin) with a technical/scientific degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, information or communications technology (or comparable).
  • Experience in patent litigation and procedural work (oppositions, nullity, infringement); exposure to EPO/DPMA proceedings and UPC matters is an advantage.
  • Strong drafting skills and courtroom/hearing experience; confident in oral advocacy.
  • Very good German and English, comfortable working on cross‑border matters with international teams.
