The group handles complex patent disputes across industries, defending and prosecuting cases for technology, telecommunications, software, and manufacturing clients.

The role offers hands-on litigation experience across all phases of patent matters — from discovery and claim construction to dispositive motion practice and trial support — within a large, multi-practice platform. The team regularly works with clients and experts on technically sophisticated matters and values associates with strong analytical and writing skills.

Junior to mid-level associate with patent litigation experience (e.g., involvement in discovery, claim construction, briefing, or trial support)
Strong legal research, drafting, and motion practice skills
Comfort working on technically complex matters; candidates with engineering, computer science, or related technical backgrounds preferred
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to qualify for admission; team collaboration and client-facing skills
