Top-tier intellectual property team is seeking a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join its Jacksonville office. The role focuses on patent disputes across a range of technologies, handling both offensive and defensive matters, including cases involving non-practicing entities.

Successful candidates will work on fact and expert discovery, claim construction, motion practice and trial support, collaborating with technical specialists and a national IP litigation group. The position offers substantive courtroom and client-facing experience within a well-regarded, full-service firm.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the relevant state bar (or eligibility).
Experience in patent litigation preferred (junior to mid-level candidates encouraged to apply).
Technical background or advanced degree in engineering/sciences is a strong plus.
Solid drafting and advocacy skills, familiarity with discovery and claim construction, and ability to work with expert witnesses and technical teams.
