Seeking associates completing a federal district, appellate, or state supreme court clerkship who will be available to start in fall 2026 to join a busy high-technology patent litigation team. You will work on patent disputes across a range of technologies and be integrated into client engagements from intake through strategic counseling and trial preparation.

Team members advise companies at every stage, from start-ups to large corporations, and collaborate with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. Multiple office seats are available, including Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Diego, and Washington, D.C.

Currently serving in a federal district, appellate, or state supreme court clerkship; available to start fall 2026
Strong academic record and excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Technical background in life sciences, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, applied math, or similar is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively on complex patent litigation matters across multiple offices
