Patent Litigation Associate — New York

Top-tier New York office seeks a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join an established intellectual property litigation team. The team handles complex patent disputes — both offensive and defensive — across technologies including telecommunications, software, hardware and industrial systems.

Associates will work on all phases of patent litigation: claim construction, discovery and motion practice, expert engagement, and trial preparation. The practice is known in leading legal guides and regularly contributes commentary to industry and legal publications.

• Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in New York.
• Junior- to mid-level patent litigation experience (supporting discovery, motions, claim construction, depositions).
• Comfort with technical subject matter; advanced degree in engineering or the sciences preferred but not required.
• Strong drafting, research and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage matters and collaborate on teams.
