Patent Litigation Associate — New York

National patent litigation team at a leading technology-focused law firm is hiring junior to mid-level associates for its New York office. The group handles high‑tech and life‑sciences patent litigation in federal courts and related proceedings before the Patent Office.

Candidates should have 1–6 years of patent litigation experience and strong research, drafting and advocacy skills. Technical or scientific backgrounds are a plus but not required. The role offers litigation experience across a range of technologies and client types.

Applicants must be barred in the state of the office they apply to or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Submit a writing sample, resume, cover letter and law school transcript as part of the application.

• 1–6 years' patent litigation experience (federal court and/or post‑grant proceedings preferred)
• Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam
• Excellent legal writing, research and oral communication skills
• Technical or life‑sciences background preferred but not required
