Patent Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national IP litigation group based in San Francisco. The team handles complex patent disputes in federal district courts, International Trade Commission matters and USPTO/PTAB proceedings for both plaintiffs and defendants.

The role suits a patent litigator with 3–5 years' experience, ideally with an electrical/computer engineering or computer science background. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

• 3–5 years' patent litigation experience (district court, ITC and/or PTAB preferred)
• Technical degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
• California Bar admission required
• USPTO registration a plus; strong briefing and motion practice experience
