Mid-level patent prosecution role for a USPTO-registered associate with a technical degree and hands-on experience in software and AI-related technologies. The position offers substantive prosecution work across cutting-edge areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, image processing and autonomous systems.

This opening is based in Atlanta with consideration for candidates in select U.S. offices. The team handles a variety of technical portfolios, providing exposure to diverse prosecution strategies and client-facing matter work.

USPTO registration required
Technical degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or closely related)
Minimum ~3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience — preferably with AI/ML, cloud, image processing, and/or autonomous vehicle technologies
Strong drafting and verbal communication skills; transcripts and writing samples will be requested
