Patent Prosecution Associate — Silicon Valley (hybrid, U.S. offices)

Leading technology-focused law group seeks a patent prosecution associate with 2–4 years' associate-level prosecution experience. The team handles high-quality patent prosecution matters across technology and life sciences and emphasizes mentorship, technical development, and substantive responsibility early in an associate’s tenure.

Candidates should have a strong technical background (electrical/computer engineering, computer science, data science, physics, or equivalent), USPTO registration (or eligibility), and admission to the bar where the work will be performed. The role is hybrid and may be based in the Silicon Valley office (preferred) or in one of several U.S. offices.

Applicants will be asked to provide a resume, cover letter, full academic transcripts, and two writing samples (an application drafted by the candidate and an office-action response). • 2–4 years' patent prosecution experience as an associate
• Technical degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, data science, physics, or equivalent
• USPTO registration number or eligibility; admission to the relevant state bar required
