Join a leading London-based pensions team within a top-tier international law firm. The practice advises on the full range of occupational pension matters, from day-to-day trustee and sponsor advisory work to large-scale de‑risking transactions, regulatory investigations and pensions aspects of corporate deals.

The role offers exposure to technically complex advisory work (funding, benefit issues, scheme documentation and governance), contentious work and cross‑practice collaboration with corporate, finance and disputes teams. You will join a well-resourced group with structured know‑how, training and support.

Approximately 3+ years PQE in pensions law (associates or comparable experience)
Practical experience advising trustees and/or sponsors on scheme documentation, funding and de‑risking (buy‑ins/outs)
Experience with pensions-related aspects of corporate transactions and/or regulatory/investigations work is desirable
Strong drafting, technical analysis and client-facing skills; ability to manage workflow and supervise junior colleagues
