- Qualified solicitor with demonstrable pensions law experience (associate or senior associate level).
- Strong technical knowledge across trustee and corporate pension matters (DB and DC familiarity advantageous).
- Experience advising trustees, corporates or insurers and handling complex advisory work.
- Good client skills, ability to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
- Desire for a supportive, team‑focused environment and openness to flexible or hybrid working.
