Pensions Director — Manchester (Employment & Labor)

Experienced pensions lawyer sought to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary pensions team in Manchester. The role offers exposure to high-quality, technically complex work across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, pensions investments, governance and bulk transactions.

The team works collaboratively with colleagues across tax, employment, financial services and data protection, and offers clear development, client-facing and business development opportunities. The environment emphasises responsibility, supportive mentorship and flexible working.

• Minimum 9 years PQE in UK pensions law
• Proven experience with DB and DC schemes; experience of buy-ins/buy-outs and pension scheme investments preferred
• Strong technical drafting and advisory skills; confident client-facing experience
• Commercial mindset, team-player attitude and interest in business development
