Qualified solicitor or advocate (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration)
Practical experience advising on pensions matters — transactional, advisory and/or contentious work
Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions law and regulatory framework
Good client-facing skills and ability to contribute to trustee training and client-facing materials
